During this 30-minute assessment, we will outline your goals and formulate a game plan.
I’ll take it from there, you just have to show up!
In-Person Sessions
In our 60-minute, one-on-one sessions, we’ll go from warm-up into a customized work out adapted to your needs, and cool-down with stretches and recovery (e.g. Hypervolt to stimulate blood flow).
I use strict sanitation practices to protect your health and hygiene, and am qualified as a Emergency Responder with CPR/AED first-aid certifications.
Virtual Coaching
The Highland Trainer offers remote sessions (via Zoom, Facetime, or your preferred video platform). We adapt your session to the equipment you have on hand, so you can stay fit from the safety of your home in these hectic times.
